Is there a size and age limit?

Extreme fun has no age limit and trampoline jumping can be enjoyed by young children, teens, adults and even the grandparents. However, to ensure everyone is safe we do have some age and size restrictions.

Children between the ages of 2-5 years old may only use the facilities in the iKIDZ area. Those 6 years and older may only use the facilities in the iJUMP area with the below limitation:

  • The Pit & Extreme areas are restricted to jumpers over 110 cm in height and who have the required skills to use the Extreme Trampolines and The Wall.
  • We strongly advise that persons under 110cm tall use the iKIDZ facilities regardless of age.
Do I need to book in advance?

We recommended that you book in advance to ensure you get the time slot you want - Weekends, public holidays and peak times sell out fast so be sure to book on-line. We do accept walk-ins but cannot guarantee that a jump slot will be available. Click HERE to check availability and make a booking.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay when I get there?

All online bookings must be paid using a Visa or Mastercard credit card through the payment portal at the booking stage. If you are unable to do this online, you can make a booking over the counter with cash or a debit/cheque card. This however will mean you are not booking in advance and run the risk of missing out or waiting for a session with available space.

Is my booking refundable or transferable?

All individual jump sessions bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you have further concerns about this please contact us.

What time should I arrive for my booking?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to booked time to check in.

What do I wear & are there change rooms available?

We recommend comfortable clothing with some stretch. iJUMP socks are compulsory for your own safety. These are included in your admission fee. Both Male and Female bathrooms have a designated changing area; however there are no showers on the premises.

Do I need to bring special footwear?

iJUMP has specially designed awesome iJUMP socks to enhance your jumping experience. No socks, no jumping!

Can I bring my own food?

We allow a birthday cake to be brought in for guests who have scheduled a party at iJUMP. No other self-catering will be allowed, no exceptions!

Do you have lockers?

iJUMP has lockers available. We strongly recommend that you leave your valuables locked in your vehicle or with a friend. iJUMP will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items brought onto our premises.

Is there a weight limit?

Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper at iJUMP is 110kg. Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping at iJUMP.

Do I need to sign a waiver before I can jump at iJUMP?

We require that all jumpers over the age of 18 years complete a waiver form before entering the iJUMP arena (a parent/guardian must complete a waiver form for any jumper under the age of 18 years). Please note that you may be asked to provide valid photo ID on entry. Waivers must be filled out completely and correctly with all information required in order for them to be valid and allow access to the iJUMP trampoline arena.

If I completed a waiver once do I need to bring one again?

Yes, any persons wanting to make use of the iJUMP facilities will be required to sign a waiver every time they book. Remember, if you are under 18 then a parent/guardian will be required to complete the waiver on your behalf.

Is iJUMP safe?

Here at iJUMP trampoline arena, your safety is our number one priority (as well as ensuring you are all having fun of course!). Jumping on trampolines is a potentially dangerous activity and is categorised as an extreme sport. As such, it is of utmost importance that all jumpers understand the risks and follow the set rules, safety guidelines and jump within their own ability.

Our rules and guidelines are designed to minimise risk of injury to both yourself and others. Our staff is always present to ensure all our rules are adhered to and are always available to discuss any concerns you may have.
We have a dedicated first aider on site at all times who can attend to any injuries.
